We really need to fix the economy before younger generations will feel secure enough to start a family.

People can’t afford to responsibly own a home, let alone have a child who needs a certain level of stability to thrive.

The idea of renting endlessly, hoping your landlord doesn’t hike up your rent, being dependent on two incomes, and the degradation of American culture doesn’t exactly inspire confidence in taking on parenthood.

If we can fix the affordability crisis it is the beginning of fixing the many issues we see today that are making younger Americans timid to parenthood.

The reason the government is shut down is because Democrats don't want to pass a clean continuing resolution bill that would allow more time for Republicans & Democrats to come to an agreement on a full budget.
