High school football coaches might have the most important job in any community and it’s overlooked. They set the culture for the largest group of young men in a school. If they build good men, not just wins, that ripple hits families, schools, and the whole community.
I saw less than 20 coaches total all weekend…some games, I was the only set of eyes on ANY field 🤯
In those 20 conversations, it was evident and clear who they were there to see. It wasn’t by chance that they showed up!!
My point 👉🏼Tourneys will shout and tout about “exposure” and “college coaches attending” but the truth is unless the players are handling business before, during, and after tourneys, no one is being seen, evaluated, or exposed 💯
It goes beyond social media and tagging coaches. It goes beyond just showing up and hoping to be seen. It goes beyond just thinking that they’ll find you.

We mourn the loss of longtime athletic trainer Dave England. He was a staple in Arkansas athletics for nearly 40 years working with numerous sports and countless student-athletes.
Our thoughts are with his family and all those who loved him.
We will never see anything like this again in our lifetimes.
If you have a few minutes, watch it. Probably the greatest music video ever made.

"Why would you ever give less than your best after you lose and don't get a result that you want?
You want to know why?
Because you will stay a loser.
You'll never realize everything that you are supposed to be...and never impact all of the people you are supposed to impact."
