@TOClimates @DRMcCarthy1 @StewartMPatrick @rafiyouatt It will generate discussion, that’s certain. I have detected an ambivalent position on the nation-state (they want it tamed by planetary institutions rather than transcended by these) but planetarity is not simply globality. I would like to see what you make of it at some point.
