@bubbva @EarthLink I'm so sorry. I believe I have found your account and will email you directly to try to resolve this.

[Customer Service @EarthLinkCares]

@lavika My pleasure! I'm sorry about the issue! Hope you had a happy Thanksgiving!

[Customer Service @EarthLinkCares]

@lavika Good morning! Are you still experiencing webmail issues? If you DM me your email address I will be happy to check on it for you.

[Customer Service @EarthLinkCares]

@bubbva @EarthLink you can reach out to either one. Is there something I can help you with today?

[Customer Service @EarthLinkCares]

@lavika No problem! Have a happy Thanksgiving and do let me know if it's not resolved.

[Customer Service @EarthLinkCares]

@lavika if you don't get it taken care of, let me know. Our corporate offices are closed until Monday but I will try to help if I can.

[Customer Service @EarthLinkCares]

@r_bluesman I'm sorry I just saw your tweet. Have you talked to customer service yet about the issue?

[Customer Service @EarthLinkCares]

@lavika @EarthLink @MyEarthlink I'm sorry to hear that. Our tech support group is open, even on the holiday. Have you tried contacting them?

@CMAR606 @EarthLink So while the page does still refresh you can delete 1x for every 10-200 emails instead of each one (based in #displayed)

[Customer Service @EarthLinkCares]

@CMAR606 @EarthLink I have tried this on my acct, & the value in preview is that you can look @ multiple emails then check them all at once.

[Customer Service @EarthLinkCares]

@CMAR606 hmmm, I will check on this again in the morning and see if there's another setting. 😳Sorry!

[Customer Service @EarthLinkCares]

@CMAR606 @EarthLink Our email team says to go to Preferences in 'Message Display' & set Message Preview ON. You can delete w/o a refresh.

[Customer Service @EarthLinkCares]

@CMAR606 @EarthLink I'm not sure if there's anything that'd work better for you since you tried tbird. Maybe a client w/ online backup?

[Customer Service @EarthLinkCares]

@CMAR606 @EarthLink Sorry for the delay. I sent your feedback to our product team. In the meantime I had offered to have someone in TS call.
