Have been in the industry for over a decade. Here to open the door into the world of those prestigious enough to live in a Doorman Building. Ask me anything.
All the young couples are choosing to get dogs over having children. We have more than 30 dogs in my building, insane how many times the lobby rugs get peed on in a day.
Almost every night, I gotta deal with some sort of crazy homeless person in front of the building. Had a guy pull down his pants and take a dump in front of people like nothing, had another guy cut himself while yelling at me.
Was never like this before. Vibe isn't the same.
One of my former tenants was a male escort. You'd be surprised to learn that most of the women were good-looking and well-educated professionals with successful careers.

@uppereastsiteny It's the elderly who are losing more and more every day. The closure of a pharmacy that delivers is bad hit for them, most of them won't make new arrangements.
I've noticed that over half of the @UberEats delivery people are using fraudulent credentials. E.g., App says delivery person is a woman in a Prius but in reality it's a man(sometimes multiple) wearing a ski mask on a scooter. Be careful, potential disaster waiting to happen.
Handyman congratulated one of our tenants on her pregnancy. She hadn't shared the news with anyone yet and asked how he knew.
"You didn't clog your toilet this month."
