@Codie_Sanchez HR was my biggest headache prior to retirement after 38 yrs at a large DOW company. I had 100s of people. HR offered little value and was constantly changing rules. Ripe for AI. Keep the software engineers. Fire 80% of HR.

I have been trading RUT 0 dte for years and added the flyagonal Jan 2026. Best thing I ever did. SPX works but I have gotten pushed out of my trades more than I like in this recent market. Have you tried his 8 leg monster? SPX - ATM iron fly 50 wide with a double diagonal near the EM?
