@DHTheWeatherNut I happen to now own the property where this unfortunate incident took place. They were two teenage students and an adult staffer at the Eagleton School. The Chapel was built in their memory by their teachers and fellow students. We are in the process of preserving the chapel.

@mommyjrd There is nothing good in this proposal for Shrewsbury. You spent 40yrs & tens of millions of dollars building the municipaly run entity, and now a share holder driven entity wants their piece of the pie. They will lure customers with low one year pricing, then look out. Say NO!
