Do you know what a healthy diet looks like? Can you afford to eat healthy? And if you can, do you choose to? What is in your local food shops?
Health problems associated with poor diet are rising globally. We need to address economic, educational &systemic reasons behind it!
Using #humancentreddesign, community members helped innovate activities that motivate healthy eating on a budget. In 2019 we aim to put them into action through Community Cooking Clubs; hands-on education and social interaction around healthy food #goals https://t.co/kdC9GLVib5
The women who use Eat Unitedโs Rescued-Food Sharing Service are involved in decision-making too. They take part in meetings to define how Eat United operates in their community. #girlpower#zerowaste#foodforall

In Villa Guadalupe: We made an awesome dish from sauteed onion with pipian (similiar to zucchini), tomato sauce, and soy beans - all diverted from waste. We served it up with rice.
Delicious and energy giving for all of us! ...not that the kids need any more energy ๐
