MŁODZI TO PATOLOGIA.

1. Wyprodukowaliśmy pokolenie ludzi, którzy mają dostęp do całej wiedzy ludzkości w kieszeni, a jednocześnie nie wiedzą absolutnie nic. Nie znają historii, geografii, ekonomii ani własnego kraju, ale posiadają opinię na KAŻDY temat. Dawniej, żeby być ignorantem, trzeba było przynajmniej nie mieć dostępu do książek. Dzisiaj ignorancja wymaga aktywnego wysiłku.

2. Nie panują nad własnymi emocjami. Wszystko jest „toksyczne”, „traumatyczne”, „problematyczne” albo „triggerujące”. Krytyka staje się atakiem. Dyskomfort staje się cierpieniem. Niepowodzenie staje się traumą. Zamiast nauczyć człowieka radzić sobie z rzeczywistością, nauczono go tworzyć coraz bardziej wyrafinowane słownictwo do opisywania tego, dlaczego rzeczywistość powinna dostosować się do niego.

3. Nie potrafią też docenić tego, co mają. Żyją w jednym z najbezpieczniejszych i najbogatszych okresów historii, otoczeni technologią, o której ich pradziadkowie nie potrafiliby nawet fantazjować, a zachowują się tak, jakby zostali zesłani do kopalni soli w XIV wieku. Ciepłe mieszkanie, pełna lodówka, smartfon, wakacje, streaming, dostawa jedzenia pod drzwi — i permanentne poczucie krzywdy.

4. Są źle wychowani. Nie dlatego, że nie znają właściwego widelca do ryby. Gorzej: nie rozumieją, że przestrzeń publiczna należy również do innych ludzi. Głośnik w autobusie, hulajnoga między pieszymi, telefon przy stole, darcie mordy w miejscu publicznym. Świat jest sceną, oni są głównymi bohaterami, a reszta społeczeństwa ma zejść z kadru.

5. Nie potrafią czekać. Nie potrafią się nudzić. Nie potrafią przez pięć minut siedzieć bez bodźca. Telefon musi być sprawdzony podczas jedzenia, rozmowy, spaceru, pracy i kiedyś prawdopodobnie własnego pogrzebu. Pokolenie z największym dostępem do informacji w historii wytrenowało sobie zdolność koncentracji złotej rybki na amfetaminie.

6. Nie potrafią niczego naprawić. Nie potrafią niczego zbudować. Część nie potrafi ugotować pięciu normalnych obiadów, przyszyć guzika, odetkać odpływu ani zorganizować własnego dnia bez aplikacji. Za to doskonale wiedzą, jak powinno zostać zreorganizowane całe społeczeństwo.

7. Nie mają cierpliwości do kompetencji. Chcą rezultatów bez praktyki, pozycji bez hierarchii, pieniędzy bez doświadczenia i autorytetu bez osiągnięć. Jeśli ktoś robił coś przez dwadzieścia lat, to nie jest ekspertem. Jest „gatekeeperem”.

8. Nie rozumieją pieniędzy. Subskrypcja tu, dostawa tam, kawa za 25 zł, telefon na raty, pięć aplikacji pobierających co miesiąc pieniądze z konta — a potem wielkie odkrycie ekonomiczne: NIE DA SIĘ OSZCZĘDZAĆ.

9. Nie mają stosunku do przeszłości, bo przeszłość zaczyna się dla nich mniej więcej w 2016 roku. Wszystko, co było wcześniej, jest albo niezrozumiałe, albo podejrzane moralnie. Człowiek bez pamięci historycznej patrzy więc na instytucje istniejące od stuleci i po piętnastu sekundach namysłu stwierdza, że właśnie odkrył, jak je naprawić.

10. Nie żyją nawet w tej samej rzeczywistości. Algorytm daje każdemu prywatny wszechświat, prywatne fakty, prywatne autorytety, prywatne oburzenie i prywatną epidemię problemu, o którym normalny człowiek nawet nie słyszał. Potem wychodzą z internetu i są zdziwieni, że społeczeństwo nie przeczytało tego samego feedu.

Najbardziej imponujące jest jednak połączenie wszystkich tych cech.

Nigdy wcześniej człowiek nie mógł wiedzieć tak mało, umieć tak niewiele, kontrolować się tak słabo i jednocześnie posiadać tak niewzruszonego przekonania, że to właśnie ON powinien pouczyć wszystkich poprzednich ludzi, jak należało urządzić świat.

How do you know the Christian God is the One True God?

Once we establish the evidence confirms that God, the Creator of all physical reality, actually exists - how can we determine who God actually is?

For me, it came down to historical investigation.

I wasn't always a Christian. I was never atheist either - more agnostic.

I thought religion was used as a means to control people. I thought maybe there was some sliver of truth in old religious texts, but it certainly couldn't all be true.

And then I began to investigate.

I studied many different religions.
I honestly examined their historical claims.
I read their texts, their stories and their scholars.

And you know what convinced me Christianity is True?

Jesus Christ.

Jesus is not just some mythical figure in an old book.

Jesus is a real historical person who lived and taught and was crucified by the Romans.

These are established facts of history - virtually no scholar disagrees.

That Jesus really lived is confirmed not just by the Bible, but also by other ancient writings of the same time period, such as Josephus and Tacitus.

Archaeology has consistently confirmed various facts and narratives found in the Biblical texts.

And then we have the most important fact of all:
Jesus’ tomb was found empty after His resurrection.

No explanation can make sense of the facts surrounding Jesus’ Life, death, and resurrection other than that He really did rise from the dead as the Bible says.

No explanation makes sense for why His followers claimed to have seen and spoken and eaten with the Risen Jesus, even under brutal persecution and death.

Nothing else can explain the meteoric rise of the Church in a time of intense persecution, during a time period when news took months to travel from city to city.

And nothing else can make sense of the genuine change people go through when they place their faith in Jesus and follow Him.

So, why did I become a Christian?

Because I know it's True, because it can be investigated.

God did not expect blind faith - He gave us evidence all throughout history for His existence, His character, and His grace in our lives.

It took me a while to find it. But once my eyes were opened, Jesus Christ is the only answer that makes sense.

We know God exists because Creation proves it - but we know Who God is because of Jesus Christ.

If I were to counsel the average young Christian today, I will say just 3 things

1. Go back to your BIBLE. Read. Study. Obey.

2. Go back to PRAYER. Ask. Seek. Knock.

3. Go back to CHURCH. Belong. Submit. Serve.

If you think you have JESUS, know Jesus, and love Jesus, and lack any of these THREE.

One reason we don't see the glory of God in our churches as much as they saw it in the early church and some hot spots of church history is simply our approach to sin.

It is not as radical as it should be.

We don't know that God is truly and effortlessly Holy. We desire to know Him only as Love. When we reach out to God as Love but not so much as Holy,

What we forfeit is Glory.

There will be grace in abundance, but great grace will be lacking. For grace is glory birthed and glory is grace perfected.

God's love is His ATTITUDE. It brings Him to us. It does not bring us to Him. It brings Him to us. It is our understanding of His holiness, which is His ALTITUDE that brings us to Him. For the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy, is understanding.

Therefore, without holiness, no one will see Him.

Without Love, God will see no one. Without Holiness, no one shall see Him. So when it comes to the issue of sin, Love covers, forgives and cleanses. We know we are forgiven.

But when it comes to the issue of Holiness - this is not just where we talk about forgiveness. It is where we talk about forsaking, exposing, repudiating, rebuking, and hating.

The love of God makes you don't just love righteousness. It is the holiness of God that makes you hate wickedness.

That's why heaven is heaven. It is the closest place to the God realm, just like the Holy of holies of the tabernacle of Moses.

There is nothing which offends there. Nothing which offends can survive there. God's presence will get rid of it. And this is what we have been called to - to stand before God as His own people, without spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing.

A royal priesthood, a holy nation.

So, to summarise - a holy God could not come close to us without being Himself Love. This is why the Bible says He (Jesus) laid aside His glory and became a Man. He couldn't come with that glory.

That was not just His humility.

The glory would have consumed us. We could not have been able to come close or stand near Him. Whereas He laid aside His glory to reach us, we now must know His holiness in order to know Him and reach Him.

This is why God coming to man is called salvation or justification whereas man drawing close to God is called consecration. When He looked on us as sinners, dead in sin, the Word became flesh and gave His life.

Now, if we must look unto Him, and run to Him, we must lay aside every weight and sin. We must walk in the light as He is in the light, confess all sins, and be cleansed from all unrighteousness, that we might have fellowship with the Father and the Son.

This foundational ministry of God's Spirit in the Christian and in the church underscores every genuine fellowship and work of the kingdom.

Therefore, He is called the HOLY SPIRIT.
