Trauma isn’t just “bad fucking memories.”
It’s: forgetting whole chunks of your past.
It’s: reacting like your life’s in danger when it’s not.
It’s: exhaustion after nothing even happened.
It’s: never feeling safe, even in the safest of places.
Stop telling people to “just move on.”
Some of us are rebuilding our whole nervous system.
So fuck you.
Covid COMMONLY causes blood clotting and damage to blood vessels and multiple organs, including the heart, liver, kidneys, intestines, pancreas, and BRAIN...also strokes and necrosis...but people memory holed all that cuz talking heads on the TV kept repeating that it's "mild".
And my mother admitted that she is embarrassed to have me around because I don’t “get my hair done” and keeping it out makes me look “poor” and “unkept”. And that I’m setting a bad example for my younger sisters because they do the same?? like wtf is wrong with you?? woman?????
Here's a lil sumn special for Dreamcon week -
Have you ever wanted to try VO but didn't know how to start? Or-
Are you a skilled actor looking to unlock even more potential in the VO game?
I WILL COACH YOU!
I have over 7years coaching experience & over 30 years acting!
It takes YEARS and a lot of effort, even when you were already trying, because modern society programs people to be prejudicial, bigoted, misogynist, ableist, etc.
"I Hate You, Don't Leave Me" is a terrible take on BPD and every therapist needs to stop reading it or recommending it to anyone.
It perpetuates stigma and misunderstands the extreme pain and desperate, genuine need that underlies BPD.

Racist men are another layer of disgusting.
This guy was racially abusing a Muslim couple and when I called him out, he called me a cunt and says he hopes I'll be raped.
These men won't protect you.
Being overly sweet, polite, and friendly often signals that you will be sensitive and over committal. The signal you are sending without realizing it is that it will require a lot of emotional investment because relationships are reciprocal and most people don't want to match it.
