What I don't understand is how Oct2020 EE applicant gets PPR while Sept2018 paperbased applicant is waiting endless without any communication from @CanHCGhana Someone should attend to this injustice. Paperbased applications matter too

@CanHCGhana Got gcmsnote yesterday, its 26months "eligibility not started" Is there a policy of not attending to #paperbasedapplication or this is service delivery @CanHCGhana. This is not just fair, I paid processing fee too
