@Delta, you were supposed to return to fantastic customer service post-COVID. We flew @Delta to Hawaii. There was nothing but awful customer service before, during, and after our flight. As an Amex Delta member and medallion FF, I'm very disappointed and almost got frostbite…

@HawaiianAir not having a gate for your incoming flights and having passengers like us wait over three hours to board a plane is ridiculous. As an awards member and having to pay for your lack of service is unexceptional. Especially when other airlines have zero delays.
