PM Robinah Nabbanja has summoned all events and concert promoters ('Bivulu' promoters) for an urgent consultative meeting over the controversial Shs10 billion presidential pledge.
This follows growing unrest after only a few benefited from the initial Shs3 billion disbursed of President Museveni's Shs10 billion entertainment industry relief package. The meeting aims to audit the Shs3 billion spent and lay strategies for the remaining Shs7 billion.
