Claude, Codex, and Kimi can generate a dashboard in 30 seconds. Then I spend the next six hours explaining that the main button is invisible, the table breaks on mobile, and every screen looks like the same pile of rounded cards.

I've installed the design skills. I've fed it screenshots from Linear and Stripe. I've used the “premium, minimal, Apple-level” prompts.

It helps. It never removes the babysitting.

AI is incredible at writing frontend code. It is still terrible at knowing when a product feels cheap, confusing, or annoying to use.

One-shot AI frontend design is a lie.

The first 70% takes 30 seconds.

But when you actually need a machine, even getting a basic reply takes 20 days.

Got the catalogue after 20 days. Now I don’t know how long they’ll take to send the quotation.

The same machine was inquired with a few international brands, and replies came within minutes.

Still haven’t bought from them because I genuinely want to buy from an Indian made brand.

But honestly, we need to improve our response time if we want people to choose local.

There is no shame in it.

A few years ago, I almost lost everything. I was high stress for months on end. Spent nearly every waking hour thinking on solutions and being high cortisol.

My body started becoming nauseous over time, and I brought great grief to the people around me.

I felt like such a loser. I was scared to reach out to friends and family for help.

I took an emergency trip to Yellowstone and forced myself to unplug for a full week. And it worked.

But this is normal. Entrepreneurship isn’t always up and to right.

In this country, you could be near bankruptcy, and completely flip it in 12 months to being ontop of the world.

You should reach out for advice and to others for help. (Including me).

You’d be very surprised at just how much people understand what you’re going through.
