@forallcurious Darkness is considered the absence of light. So in simple terms if you switch the light, darkness is away. If you turn off the light then darkness takes over at the speed of light disappearing, therefore speeds are equal.
Statement in the post is improperly phrased.

One cut creates two boards.
You take a new board or whatever and make two cuts to have 3 boards. How is that not 20 minutes! What are here people calculating?
