New NIHR data shows the UK has doubled the number of global and European first participants recruited into international commercial trials. This number has risen from 53 last year, to 100 this year.
With faster set-up times and growing public participation, the UK is becoming a faster, more predictable and more competitive place to deliver clinical trials.
Research breakthroughs only happen because people choose to take part. That’s why we ask everyone to sign up to Be Part of Research to help more people across the UK get involved in studies.
