@wxbrad @AdamShort143 Some of the helos in play are equipped with hoisting equipment where rescuers can be lowered to victims. NC-HART (helicopter aquatic rescue team) is a joint mission between the National Guard and firefighters from across the state cross trained for helo based rescue.

I think there have been somewhat extraordinary improvements to our city’s infrastructure over the last decade, much of which have been in motion for a while, but continue to expand.
