I support school leaders to be heroes within their communities by building future-focused schools that students and their families love to be a part of.
I have done many podcasts but Mathew Green from The Art of Teaching and i got really deap. He took me to the core of why I hate the traditional system.

This is the biggest potential impact I've ever seen in education. Join me on the 14th March (7PM AEDT) for "A New take on ChatGPT, giving voice to those with literacy issues and the chronically disengaged"https://t.co/U9xX9ZFd3M
Just checked directly with the OpenAI legal team. 13-18 may use Chat GPT with parental consent. Them’s the facts. Don’t be caught on the wrong side of history folks.
@EdmJbg @pasi_sahlberg@guardian @AGavrielatos @LilaMularczyk Having spent 15 years in each system and been a principal in both i can say there are good and bad in each system. In dark times we want to advantage our own kids over others and sadly this leads to an unfair and inequitable system
@brettmaverick63@SBSNews So true Brett. How can he possibly remain after the comments made about future rates that so many peopl erelied upon. Lowe it's time to go.
Can anyone point out where Chat GPT restricts age use? I asked and it said "As an AI language model, there are no specific age restrictions for interacting with Chat GPT." Makes those talking about blindly accepting information look a bit silly, surely?
Each day this month I’m posing one question — to ponder yourself, discuss with your team, or answer below.
My answer to today's question: Luck plays a bigger role in our lives than we're comfortable acknowledging.
I enjoyed this presentation. Don’t agree with it all but a positive uplift. Creative education--how to keep the spark alive in children and adults |... https://t.co/CuAwTSPSSS via @YouTube
An interesting point, those pesky terms and conditions. I will not stop giving access to students with low literacy who can now express themselves brilliantly in written form. If wheelchairs were restricted to 18+ I’d probably be in favour of giving them to those with a need too.
How can anyone in all seriousness say that we have been moving AWAY from explicit instruction over the past decade. Is this some kind of parallel universe?
2022 NAPLAN data shows one thing no engagment...no lift in scores. https://t.co/Mc7XUqThU2.
Nice to have a say on The Project but sadly, the awesome story of Gisborne Montessori, the school i am actually leading was left lying on the cutting room floor😞
Literacy and numeracy are the basic skills necessary for everyday life. But according to a new report, schools are failing our kids at both. So is it time to go back to the drawing board and what would modern schools look like? Former Principal @EdRev joins us.

@Zemochcb @theprojecttv Yep, but my fear is that we would get even more of the same. As a past DET leader i know the pressure for conformity from “the system “
You tell them Pasi! “Australia’s educational challenges cannot be solved by using the same logic that initially caused them”
and this beauty... "Young people have far greater capacity to lead their own learning in school than we give them credit for.” https://t.co/NaWQaQHPco
So much fun to join with the Beechworth community for the 20th Kerferd Oration. Who knew an oration could be such fun. Great people, lots of insightful discussion. Thank you so much to the organisers sponsors and community. https://t.co/UyRDd7Xeja
