Whatever you think of Richardson’s style of play, his remit it to earn points and get out us out of this league. He knows how to avoid defeat and in the play-offs, that’s all that’s needed.

@TalkReading @TheTilehurstEnd @mrblthomas Ignoring his second season, Jaap Stam achieved 1.84 points per game whilst finishing third in the league during 2016/17.

Despite that, he certainly didn’t have the full backing of the fan base - mainly due to his possession based playing style. Makes a huge difference.
