@mitchell_hurd @CrossCountryUK There’s always a reason why the @CrossCountryUK I happen to be boarding is overcrowded and/or late. I guess I feel we should be aiming for something better. Like a pleasant comfortable carriage with functioning toilets, seats for everyone and a reliable service.
