@SBeitelshees @shawngorham Read the post. When the police come, they have a package in their name with the address on it. How is an officer supposed to determine that they are a trespasser? The solution is a dedicated rent court in each jurisdiction that can review and hear these cases quickly.

@MikeSyl36625988 @TogaCPA_Carissa I have to disagree on the UPL. In my opinion, the actual filing of the document isn’t UPL - but answering any question relative to who should be included as a beneficial owner and/or assisting with an exemption determination is 100% proving a legal opinion.

@ajdtax @WTFoote I don’t think an accountant should have anything to do with these filings. Many states and the AICPA are suggesting that it’s the unauthorized practice of law (which I agree with, especially relative to the beneficial ownership determination).
