@AskPTSB Your IT team needs a refresh to be honest. So many customers raising repeated issues can't all be wrong and undoubtedly it will have caused significant issues for people, eg, payments couldn't be verified. I won't be surprised if the FSPO/Central Bank get involved ultimately.
@AskPTSB Another day and yet another app crash. Weeks of ongoing issues and still no fix. It's shocking that a bank's poor service & tech can prevent customers accessing their own money or verifying payments. Infuriating and completely unacceptable. Fix it @PTSBIreland
@AskPTSB How about alerting people properly re maintenance periods? Amazing how that might assist! The app is a disgrace and repeatedly telling people in replies it's working fine doesn't actually mean it is when your customers are continually raising issues. Just fix it! @PTSBIreland
@AskPTSB Because I have hours to waste waiting for someone to answer only to tell me it's a technical problem they can't fix but they're really sorry! Why don't you just fix the app?! Seriously considering closing my account at this stage. Pathetic service. @PTSBIreland
@AskPTSB Like others, having repeated issues trying to access my account via the app - error messages, etc. Have unistalled and reinstalled the app plus checked for updates. What is going on with it?! Not good enough.
@AskPTSB That's the same reply as yesterday! See the DM I sent then to which you replied you were v sorry but you couldn't do anything about it! I'd expect the same response today. Instead of the routine apologies, maybe it's time to actually fix the app problems?
@AskPTSB Same issue again today. This is ridiculous! App only seems to work when in range of certain WiFi but not usable otherwise and transfers can't be made. Might be time to spend some of the profits made from customers on a decent ICT team so people can access their own funds.

Possible one of the best post race interviews I have ever watched #PlayOn
@skirteen@IrishTimes Agree 100%. It's inexcusable to do this to this cohort of students who have endured huge disruption to their school lives over the past 3 years. What does it achieve except broken & traumatised students facing another maths paper on Monday & 2 more weeks of exams? Simply wrong.
Agnès Lassalle was a teacher, fatally stabbed by a pupil in her school. She loved to dance. As her coffin left the church, the man dancing so beautifully on his own is her partner. Then, their friends join in. 💔🖤
It was six years ago, and my mate, Pink, had just been told he was going to die. He accepted the news with a grace I can only marvel at, but he said he’d a list of things he’d still like to do.
We sat in a pub one night and read it over. Eight things? Four months? Ok. Deal.

I’ve been thinking about this piece for a year. There’s so much more I could say. The only thing that matters is that Martha should be alive today…
