@OfficialFV no response and no longer visible on your feed. @TheFCA compliance requires firms to record all communications relating to “reception, transmission and execution” of orders. My order was made using finance and therefore have accurate recording. Poor admin all round.
@OfficialFV rather disappointing response from your data protection officer today to advise that your calls are not recorded. Even though it says ‘may be recorded for quality and training purposes’ when you call. No wonder it’s been a struggle to sort out an on going complaint.
@HastingsDirect Doesn’t specifically say charges for change of address though on your website. Just hidden under ‘all other amendments not listed above’. So on that same basis if I changed my telephone number would you charge me £25? No manual underwriting has taken place so just disappointing.
@HastingsDirect charging £25 admin fee for a change of address when it has been confirmed that the change hasn’t affected the premium. Really poor customer service. How much time or labour has it cost you to make the change I did for you through my online account.
