“How good our God is, always watching over His children! We should rest entirely in His hands, understanding that His eyes are always upon us, that He will see to it that we lack nothing and grant us anything that we need...”

• St. Padre Pio's 'Prayer After Communion'
Stay with me, Lord, for it is necessary to have You present so that I do not forget You. You know how easily I abandon You.
Stay with me, Lord ..........
Brothers and sisters:
We know that all things work for good for those who love God,
who are called according to his purpose.
For those he foreknew he also predestined
to be conformed to the image of his Son,
Feast of Sts. Anne and Joachim — July 26
Saints Anne and Joachim were the parents of the Blessed Virgin Mary. They are the patron saints of grandparents.
Let us give thanks for our own parents and grandparents today.

As i suffer the sciatica pain, I remember all the priests suffering emotional and physical pain. Some are scared by bandits. We have others with no means of transport yet they have to minister to people in far and sometimes difficult to reach olaces. We have priests with no proper house and have to lie down in very unsafe houses after heavey work. Priests who are rejected for their work. Priests who face masses of people disinterested in God.
Your prayer refuels our energy and our ministry. Remember us.
💧 Theu Village is fully funded! Watch the video. Every day, the people of Theu walk more than two kilometers to a river that has all but dried up, then climb down a steep, crumbling slope to scoop brown water from the last muddy pools. For 560 people, that walk is almost over.
On July 23, 2026, the Theu Village Well Project reached its $5,500 goal, carried home by 10 donors, 8 of them returning friends of this mission and 2 giving for the very first time.
Among them: B.J., whose single extraordinary gift covered more than half of the entire well, now the fifth Water of Mercy village she has helped fund. J.P., the most steadfast friend of this mission, gave twice to this well alone and has now given across 18 different village wells. K.P., whose gift was the second largest here, has been with us since some of our earliest wells. Several members of Father Petros's and Father Edmond's daily Rosary group gave again, as they have to villages before this one. And two first-time donors joined them to bring Theu home.
Right now, families in Theu have no choice but to drink from that shrinking river, water they share with livestock, in an area where cholera and waterborne disease are a constant threat. The heaviest burden falls on the women, who carry the full containers back up the steep slope and the long road home, day after day. That's about to change forever.
We'll share more updates as soon as drilling is complete. 🙏
Thank you to all 10 of our generous donors, and to @fr_petros for his tireless work on the ground in Malawi.
With Theu, Water of Mercy has now funded 25 village wells across rural Malawi, 21 of them already built and flowing, made possible by generous 168 donors, many of whom have given again and again.

The Kingdom of God often begins in ways the world hardly notices. Like a tiny mustard seed or a little yeast, God quietly transforms hearts. Trust the hidden work of His grace—great things grow from faithful beginnings.

Today, July 23, the Church celebrates the feast day of St. Bridget of Sweden. Bridget received visions of Christ’s suffering many times throughout her life, and went on to found the order of the Most Holy Savior(Bridgettines),Monks and Nuns.
When she was only ten, it is recorded that she had a vision of Jesus on the cross and heard him say, “Look at me, my daughter."
"Who has treated you like this?" cried little Bridget.
Jesus answered, "Those who despise me and refuse my love for them.” From that moment on, Bridget tried to stop people from offending Jesus.
When she was 14, Bridget married an 18-year old man named Ulf. Like Bridget, Ulf had set his heart on serving God. They had eight children, of whom one was St. Catherine of Sweden.
All her life, Bridget had marvelous visions and received special messages from God. In obedience to them, she visited many rulers and important people in the Church. She explained humbly what God expected of them.
After her husband of 20 years died, Bridget put away her rich clothes and lived as a poor nun.
Jesus continued to reveal many secrets to her, which she
received without the least bit of pride.
She was proclaimed a saint by Pope Boniface IX in 1391.
St. Bridget of Sweden was a Mystic.
She is also the patron saint of Sweden, Europe. Also invoked as a patron of difficult marriages, widows, perceived failures, and mothers who have suffered the loss of a child!
St. Charbel is one of the most powerful intercessors we can turn to. On his feast day, let's ask for his prayers over everything going on in our lives. Stay till the end for a special blessing🙏
St. Charbel, pray for us!
Never let yourself be depressed by the thought of your wretchedness. By forgetting self and casting oneself into the arms of God, one glorifies God more than by any self-examination and self-reproach.

@Burgess7281975 Than you Brain. He was able to receive Last Rites and make a good confession. He died yesterday at 3:29 pm.
For 29 minutes I placed my head upon his chest, hugged him, prayed for him and told him “I love you!” with each passing breath.
Please pray for the repose of his soul.
• St. Padre Pio says
"Do not fear ...... Jesus is more powerful than all hell. At the invocation of His name every knee in heaven, on earth and in hell must bend before Jesus ...... this is a consolation for the good and a terror for evil!"

Jesus sent His disciples into the world not because they were perfect, but because they were willing. He also sends us to bring hope, mercy, and peace. Trust His call, and let your life become a living witness to His love.
