This is less of a prediction and more of a hope. I predict that Right to Repair bills will get passed in various nations, allowing people to have full ownership of their devices and fix and customize them as they please.

@rucatbahamondes I constantly think about how much more efficient travel would be if every car was self-driving and part of a massive network that's constantly communicating. No more waiting at stop signs cause everything could be perfectly timed and calculated

For my EDTP, I'm focusing on the effects online gaming has had on society. I think it's super interesting to think about how much online gaming has influenced the development of social connections, as well as how it influences people's behavior in real life.

@jkhuff115 The digital age has definitely shone a light on the practice of investing. It makes sense so many people are starting to jump in on the practice given how often people flex their earnings from investing online.

@juliaknight215 It's definitely way easier to be tempted or distracted when you have a device that literally keeps you connected to people all the time. It especially makes things easy to hide given these devices are secured to our literal fingerprints or faces.

A social norm that has changed is the way we choose to reach out to one another. 30 years ago, we'd call one another to ask to hang out. Today people choose to text, as they feel it's quicker and less annoying than calling someone.
