The relevant figure is Jamell (or Jamell Monzure) Lewis of Indianapolis, Indiana. Public reports and his own livestream admission identify him as the operator of a fake X account (commonly referenced as ShiHendrixxx or similar variants) that impersonated Shiloh Hendrix—the Minnesota woman involved in the 2025 Rochester playground incident who was later convicted of one count of disorderly conduct. The account solicited donations (via PayPal/Venmo links, including references to something like Shiloh-Hendrixxx-9), after which he went live admitting the impersonation, mocking donors, and describing it as “internet fun” (with later claims that some or all money was returned).
