@Kitabikeeda4 @mister_whistler How ever big or small any industry is putting the onus on the candidate to attest to a transaction which doesn't gaurantee any non market "values" based safety is just a HR jargon that is not practical in market driven transaction. Hire for talent and keep for performance.
