He typically does not work deep in counts hints why his P/PA is at 3.65 and his GB% is very high at a 49.7%. Cardinals have a 23% whiff rate and the L30 have the 2nd lowest K percentage vs RHP. The cardinals have higher than a 22.5% k percentage against any of his pitches in his arsenal this sets up very nice. To end things Pfaadt has not pitched over 80 pitches in the last 12 games so I am expecting his pitch count to stay around that number. This is a spot to good passing on especially at this price.
