4 players plus the GK try to keep possession of the ball against 3 attackers, using 3 neutral wall players if needed. If the attacking team win the ball back they can go for goal. Look to work on possession, utilising space, speed of play and awareness

Goalkeepers have lots of practise and repetition at saving the ball at the attackers feet safely and securely. The attacker will dribble in to a 5x5 box and try to dribble around the goalkeeper, who must pick the right moment to take the ball away.
