Students in first grade practiced their long and short vowel sounds playing VEXGO using their @VEXRobotics 123 robot. Student had to code to the correct vowel sound they heard. @Whsdvex

First grade began their Earth Day competitions. Students had to clean up the trash and return it to the recycling bin. @Whsdvex @VEXRobotics

Ms Borts’s students work on their Ocean Science Exploration competition bot build. Once they complete the build, students will begin working on their iterations. @Whsdvex @VEXRobotics

Mr. Meredith’s second grade scholars programmed their Vex Bunny to track down all the eggs on their boards. They can’t wait to write about it in their Vex journal! @Whsdvex @VEXRobotics

Mrs. Storrey's students created some cool art work using their @VEXRobotics GO curriculum. Students created a Spirograph that facilitated a classroom discussion on symmetry. @Whsdvex

Tonight @WoodlandHillsSD Mother/Daughter @VEXRobotics Club met a local woman community member who has done work with @NASA. Members are also gearing up for our first ever Mother/Daughter VEX Robotics Competition! @EdgewoodVex

Mrs. Tatarzyn's students were programming their VEX 123 robots to pick up the Leprechaun and drive it to the pot of gold. @Whsdvex @VEXRobotics

Edgewood STEAM Academy hosted their second family STEM night. Students were engaged in many STEM activities including @VEXRobotics. Students were able to get their spring soccer practice in as well as coding their 123 robot using the coding cards. @Whsdvex
