@FOXTEL_Help Hi. The signal quality Issue is still not resolved. I have contacted Telstra for an update. If it hasn't been resolved by tonight I will call Foxtel as instrtby Foxtel technician on his visit on 25/1. Foxtel has been patchy for 2.5 weeks now. John
@Telstra The issue still hasn't been resolved. Signal quality is poor and tv is unwatchable at times. Foxtel said to contact them on Wednesday if not resolved by Telstra. I will do so if it isn't fixed by tonight. Can you please advise as to when Telstra will be fixing this? Thanks John
@Telstra Foxtel technician has reported poor/fluctuating Foxtel signal quality in Birkley Road Manly 2095 today. When will this be resolved. No Foxtel for 2 weeks! Technician said it's a Telstra issue
@Telstra We are billed by Foxtel but technician said it's a Telstra issue . He has reported the quality issues and said Telstra technicians will look into it
@FOXTEL_Help Yes , Foxtel technician said that he will report it to Telstra and they should resolve it in 3 days. He has sent them the figures. The quality on the signal test fluctuates. Does that sound like a Telstra issue?
