Numo is targeting underrepresented languages right out of the gate: Bengali, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu. These languages have hundreds of millions of speakers but are severely lacking in quality AI datasets. It’s a smart move to fill a gap big tech has mostly ignored.

Story Protocol's new app, named Numo, appears to be related to its previous application, @psdnai. Numo's early access currently focuses on collecting Bengali, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu voice data. It may take some time before other languages, such as Indonesian become available.
