రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ప్రతిష్ఠాత్మకంగా ప్రవేశపెట్టిన ప్రీ ప్రైమరీ విభాగాన్ని తూప్రాన్ మండలంలోని మండల పరిషత్ ప్రాథమిక పాఠశాల, ఇస్లాంపూర్‌లో గ్రామ సర్పంచ్ శ్రీ గొల్లపల్లి సంతోష్ రెడ్డి గారి ఆధ్వర్యంలో అత్యంత ఘనంగా ప్రారంభించారు.

గ్రామీణ ప్రాంత చిన్నారులకు నాణ్యమైన ప్రాథమిక విద్యను అందించాలనే లక్ష్యంతో, భావి తరాల నిర్మాణానికి బలమైన పునాది వేయాలనే సంకల్పంతో ప్రీ ప్రైమరీ విభాగాలను ప్రవేశపెట్టిన గౌరవ ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ @revanth_anumula గారికి ఇస్లాంపూర్ గ్రామ ప్రజలు ప్రత్యేక కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలిపారు. అలాగే గ్రామ ప్రజల విజ్ఞప్తిని మన్నించి ప్రీ ప్రైమరీ విభాగం మంజూరు చేసిన గౌరవ మెదక్ జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ గారికి కూడా గ్రామ పక్షాన హృదయపూర్వక ధన్యవాదాలు తెలియజేశారు.

రాష్ట్ర విద్యాశాఖ ఈ రోజు రెండు కీలకమైన ఉత్తర్వులను జారీ చేసింది. వాటిలో ఒకటి ఉపాధ్యాయుల సర్దుబాటుకు సంబంధించినది కాగా, మరొకటి ప్యానెల్ తనిఖీ బృందాల ఏర్పాటు, విధి విధానాలకు సంబంధించినది.

ప్రభుత్వం జారీ చేసిన ఉత్తర్వులను అమలు చేయడానికి ఉపాధ్యాయ వర్గం ఎల్లప్పుడూ సిద్ధంగానే ఉంది. అయితే విద్యా సంవత్సరం ఇప్పుడిప్పుడే ప్రారంభమైన నేపథ్యంలో పాఠశాలల్లో విద్యార్థుల నమోదు ప్రక్రియ ఇంకా కొనసాగుతోంది. సాధారణంగా జూలై నెలాఖరు నాటికి మాత్రమే విద్యార్థుల నమోదు సంఖ్యపై స్పష్టత ఏర్పడుతుంది.

ఇలాంటి పరిస్థితుల్లో విద్యార్థుల వాస్తవ సంఖ్య ఖరారు కాకముందే ఉపాధ్యాయుల సర్దుబాట్లు చేపట్టడం వల్ల పాఠశాలల విద్యా ప్రణాళికలు, బోధన-అభ్యసన ప్రక్రియ, అలాగే విద్యా వ్యవస్థ స్థిరత్వంపై ప్రభావం పడే అవకాశం ఉంది.

విద్యార్థుల ప్రయోజనాలు, నిరంతర విద్యాభ్యాసం మరియు విద్యా వ్యవస్థ సమర్థ నిర్వహణను దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకొని, విద్యార్థుల నమోదు ప్రక్రియ పూర్తై ఖచ్చితమైన గణాంకాలు అందుబాటులోకి వచ్చిన అనంతరం ఈ ఉత్తర్వుల అమలు విషయమై పునరాలోచించాలని ఫోరమ్ ఫర్ సోషల్ కన్సర్న్ (@FFSC2004) రాష్ట్ర విద్యాశాఖకు వినయపూర్వకంగా విజ్ఞప్తి చేస్తోంది.

ఇలాంటి నిర్ణయం ఉపాధ్యాయుల సమన్యాయ పంపిణీకి, తరగతి గది బోధనలో అంతరాయాలను నివారించడానికి, ముఖ్యంగా విద్యార్థుల దీర్ఘకాలిక విద్యా ప్రయోజనాలను పరిరక్షించడానికి మరియు విద్యా వ్యవస్థను మరింత బలోపేతం చేయడానికి దోహదపడుతుంది.

The School Education Department has issued two significant orders today, one relating to the adjustment of teachers and the other outlining the constitution and functioning of panel inspection teams. The teaching community remains committed to implementing the Government's decisions in letter and spirit.

However, it is pertinent to note that the academic year has only recently commenced, and student admissions are still in progress. Traditionally, a clear and stable picture of enrolment in schools emerges only by the end of July. Any adjustments undertaken before the completion of the admission process may not accurately reflect the actual student strength and could affect both academic planning and institutional stability.

Keeping the best interests of students, the continuity of learning, and the overall effectiveness of the education system in view, the Forum for Social Concern @FFSC2004 requests the School Education Department to reconsider the timing of these measures and take a decision based on finalized enrolment data. Such an approach would help ensure equitable teacher deployment, minimize disruptions to classroom instruction, and strengthen the long-term interests of students and the education system as a whole.

డిజిటల్ మస్కట్ గా పాలపిట్లతో సమాచార వ్యాప్తి

డిజిటల్ పాలనలో తెలంగాణ ప్రజాప్రభుత్వం మరో కీలక ముందడుగు వేసింది. విద్యాశాఖ ద్వారా అన్ని పాఠశాలల సమాచారం ఎప్పటికప్పుడు తల్లిదండ్రులు, విద్యార్థులకు అందించనున్నారు. మీసేవ సహకారంతో వాట్సాప్ ద్వారా ఇకపై స్కూల్ అప్డేట్స్ నేరుగా వారి ఫోన్ కు చేరనున్నాయి.

ఎల్‌బీ స్టేడియంలో జరిగిన కార్యక్రమంలో తెలంగాణ గవర్నర్ శ్రీ శివ ప్రతాప్ శుక్లా, ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ ఎ. రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ఈ సేవలను అధికారికంగా ప్రారంభించారు.

విద్యార్థులు, తల్లిదండ్రులకు పారదర్శకంగా, సులభమైన రీతిలో వేగవంతమైన సేవలను అందించడమే ఈ కార్యక్రమం ప్రధాన లక్ష్యం. ఇప్పటికే రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా లక్షలాది మంది ఈ డిజిటల్ సేవలను వినియోగించుకుంటున్నారు.

ఈ సందర్భంగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ ఎ. రేవంత్ రెడ్డి మాట్లాడుతూ, విద్యా రంగంలో సాంకేతికత వినియోగాన్ని మరింత విస్తరించి విద్యార్థుల అభ్యాస ఫలితాలను మెరుగుపరచడం, తల్లిదండ్రులతో ప్రభుత్వ అనుసంధానాన్ని బలోపేతం చేయడం రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ లక్ష్యమని తెలిపారు.
