@UberEats are the absolute worst for food delivery. You try and get in contact with them to find out what is happening with a delivery and you can't get through to anyone. Our delivery driver has been at the store for ages

@UberUKI_Support My whole issue with this, is that the food arrived cold and over an hour later than ordered. We were constantly watching the order and it showed the driver at the restaurant for over 15 mins

@UberUKI_Support Why my wife and I have spoken to 2 call centre operators who have both hung up on us? My wife asked a question of the first operator who chose to hang up rather than answer, I asked to speak a Manager to be advised they would say nothing different and processed to end the call
