@Hertz last week got back from holiday, rental security deposit returned… all good. Subsequently a £249 charge added to my credit card by @hertz with no prior contact or explanation… in addition £6.85 transaction charge this is outrageous!

@OctopusEnergy I understand the need to increase the unit price for gas and electricity but why is the standing charge for electric going up by 72% (from 24p to 41p)?! The gas standing charge is only up 4%. It’s is still being delivered in the same manner?!
