Saturday social strides in the rain on wet and muddy trails today. Slower pace but great to just get out and socialise. The rain stopped just as we stopped running! Finished with a coffee! Happy Saturday @WeAreERC!

@WeAreERC@EdtechRunClub absolutely smashed the Royal Parks Half Marathon today…a course PB by 14 minutes!! Oh and I managed to get @RBC lion as well so the excitement is off the scale (& yes I had my #ercgnr wristband on 🧡)
