Was a happy customer of @atlys Nd have used the app so many times. On time visa.
Applied for 5yr Dubai visa. And been 20 days. No change in status. No proper response from your customer support. Totally disappointed. What should I do next? Paid 90k for the visa!!

@mohaknahta @atlys Sir, after your intervention, your team followed up. It was beyond the 28th Jan, where the initial visa promise was made. Also some goof up on your app showed me my visa is granted while actually it's rejected.
