Ever felt guilty for taking breaks while studying?
Good news — your brain needs them.

Research shows that taking short breaks every 45–60 minutes can improve memory and focus by up to 20%.

Why it works👇🏾
✅ Prevents mental fatigue
✅ Helps your brain process and store information
✅ Keeps motivation and creativity high
✅ Protects you from burnout

So next time you study, try this routine:
📚 Work: 45–60 mins
🧘🏾‍♂️ Break: 5–10 mins
🚿 Stretch, drink water, walk, breathe — just don’t scroll aimlessly

Remember: learning isn’t about doing more,
it's about doing better.
Take your break, finish strong, and have a great weekend!

Ever wondered why some lessons stick faster than others?
It’s all about your learning style! 🧠

Here’s a quick guide to help you find yours:
Auditory — You learn best by listening and explaining aloud.
Visual — You understand concepts faster with images or diagrams.
Reading/Writing — You retain better through note-taking and journaling.
Kinesthetic — You grasp ideas through hands-on experience.

💡 Tip: Mix your learning methods — combining two or more can boost retention and creativity.

So tell us 👇🏽— what kind of learner are you?

Meet Joseph Adeboye, one of our dedicated Impact Leaders, leading the Digitability Project — an initiative empowering young persons with disabilities in Osun State with vital digital literacy and employability skills for the future of work.

Over the past 12 weeks, Joseph and his team have:
—Trained 15 participants through physical and virtual sessions.
—Covered six key modules including Digital Literacy, Jobberman Soft Skills Certification, Social Media Management, and Freelancing & Volunteering.
—Supported 9 participants to successfully earn their Jobberman certification.

Despite mobility and tech challenges, the team adapted, ensuring that every learner stayed engaged and supported.

Next Steps:
—Participants will begin mentorship sessions to help them secure opportunities.
—They’ll complete a Coursera course and their capstone projects.
—The project will close with a showcase of participant-led digital initiatives.

This is what inclusion in action looks like — bridging opportunity gaps through learning, empathy, and technology.

September in Focus: Impact by the Numbers

Last month, our Impact Leaders made waves across Nigeria by taking education and empowerment closer to the people who need it most.

Here’s how September looked:
✅ 9 Impact Leaders driving projects
✅ 909 people reached across communities
✅ 8 states impacted nationwide
✅ 391 hours of community service dedicated to impact through learning.

Behind every number is a learner whose journey was supported. That’s the real impact.
