Meet Joseph Adeboye, one of our dedicated Impact Leaders, leading the Digitability Project — an initiative empowering young persons with disabilities in Osun State with vital digital literacy and employability skills for the future of work.

Over the past 12 weeks, Joseph and his team have:
—Trained 15 participants through physical and virtual sessions.
—Covered six key modules including Digital Literacy, Jobberman Soft Skills Certification, Social Media Management, and Freelancing & Volunteering.
—Supported 9 participants to successfully earn their Jobberman certification.

Despite mobility and tech challenges, the team adapted, ensuring that every learner stayed engaged and supported.

Next Steps:
—Participants will begin mentorship sessions to help them secure opportunities.
—They’ll complete a Coursera course and their capstone projects.
—The project will close with a showcase of participant-led digital initiatives.

This is what inclusion in action looks like — bridging opportunity gaps through learning, empathy, and technology.
