Phew, for a minute this morning I got nervous when I saw that one of CNBC's "Five things to know this morning" was titled "Gold Rush." Thankfully, it was about Taylor Swift's new movie and album release and the $33 million the movie raked in following its release this weekend. Meanwhile, with less fanfare, gold's up another $50 this AM.

You're 100% correct they never planned on doing these upgrades, they thought hw3 was going to be enough so when they built ai4, they built it to not be upgradable.

A part of the upgrade to AI4 was higher power, and the higher voltage. So if you're going to produce a newer version that isn't going to be compatible with the voltage, and isn't going to be compatible with the power, why on Earth would you even try and make it compatible from the footprint perspective.

They will not put ai4 in our cars, they are going to put a new FSD computer that is probably a cut-down version of the ai5 FSD computer in the footprint and voltage requirements of hw3
