Just packaged the Google Ads system behind $100M+ across 150+ brands into a Claude Fable 5.1 prompt vault.
Built from 1,000+ account audits.
10 copy/paste prompts to find what's leaking, what's wasting budget and what's stopping your account from scaling…
Bookmark and enjoy:
Prompt 0, the context stack
Create a Claude Project and load:
- Your offer
- Margins
- Break-even ROAS per product
- Top 10 products
- Raw reviews
- Landing pages as PDFs
- Competitor list
- Screenshots + copy of every Meta ad that ran 30+ days
Then run:
"Act as the Google Ads audit lead for this brand. Read every file and build a Brand Audit Profile: products and margins, break-even ROAS, ICP, the 5 core angles in our winning Meta ads with the exact hook language, the searches each angle should create, competitors, offer strengths and weaknesses. No recommendations yet. Summarise, then list everything missing for a complete audit."
Prompt 1, the data check
Export 180 days of CSVs for:
- Campaigns
- Search terms
- Keywords
- Auction insights
- PMax search term insights
- Shopping products
- Landing pages
- Change history
- GMC diagnostics
"Run a data quality check: flag missing columns, date gaps and duplicated conversion actions. Then map every campaign to one role: branded defence, non-branded prospecting, remarketing, demand creation, or unclear. List every unclear campaign."
Prompt 2, branded vs non-branded
"Classify every search term as BRANDED, COMPETITOR, CATEGORY, PROBLEM or JUNK. Report the % of spend and revenue that is branded, which prospecting campaigns receive branded traffic, our impression share on our own name, and the TRUE non-branded ROAS. Give me the exact negative keyword list to separate them."
This is where a "5x account" often turns out to be a lot lower once branded searches are taken out.
Prompt 3, PMax
"Estimate how much PMax revenue comes from branded or competitor searches. Check brand exclusions and negative lists. Compare PMax tROAS to Shopping tROAS (PMax should be HIGHER). Verdict: is PMax remarketing, or collecting branded traffic?"
Prompt 4, Shopping and GMC
"Rank products by spend, revenue and ROAS. Flag spenders with no sales and budget-starved winners. Review every title: benefit and search term first, or internal jargon? Which Meta angles never appear in the feed? Rewrite our top 10 titles under 150 characters: Brand + Product Type + Core Keyword + Key Benefit + Use Case."
Prompt 5, Demand Gen
"Which proven Meta concepts haven't been adapted for Demand Gen? Are audiences built from customer lists, site visitors and competitor searches? Are these campaigns judged on last-click ROAS by mistake?"
Prompt 6, the Meta capture audit
"For each of our 5 Meta angles, list the searches a buyer makes 1 to 6 weeks after seeing the ad. Mark each COVERED, PARTIAL or MISSING in our account. Recommend campaign, match type, bid strategy and landing page type for every MISSING one."
Every MISSING row is Meta money falling on the floor.
Prompt 7, landing pages
"Map every campaign's traffic source (branded, category, problem, comparison, competitor, remarketing) to the page it lands on. Score message match 1 to 10. Recommend the right page type: PDP for branded, long-form PDP for category, advertorial or listicle for problem searches, comparison page for competitor traffic, quiz for multi-product, VSL for complex mechanisms."
Prompt 8, the skill file
"Write a skill file called 'Google Ads Audit Standards: [brand]' with our campaign roles and KPIs, branded negative list, target ROAS per campaign type, proven angles and their searches, landing page rules, and a monthly pass/fail checklist."
Next month's audit takes minutes instead of days.
Prompt 9, the fix plan
"Combine every finding into one plan. For each action: campaign, issue, evidence, exact change, expected impact on new customer revenue, risk, effort. Rank by impact divided by effort."
Then a human checks every change before it goes live.
Fable 5.1 finds the issues. You still decide which ones to fix.
Your Meta spend ALREADY created the category searches. Whether you get the sale from them is decided inside your Google account.
One of our clients went looking for theirs and added $1M a month in revenue on $33k of extra spend, after fixing problems like these.
So go and find your leaks before your Q4 budget gets wasted.

The ultimate business for most people is a $1.8M/year agency
It’s the one of the best cash flow models in the entire f*cking world and all you need is a team of 5
> 30 clients at a $5K avg retainer
> 1-2 account managers, 2-3 media buyers, automated billing
> All the overhead is optional. No hire before the revenue's in the account
> 20 hours a week once the business gets there
> Take a full week off and it still runs

Google Ads hack no. 37:
Use the audiences tab to find out which ages/genders/incomes convert best for you
Put positive bid adjustments on high performers and negative bid adjustments on low performers (or remove them entirely)
Branded campaigns are great for these insights btw
