@Tesco I am absolutely disgusted by the way I’ve been treated today.

Your pay at pump took £50.99 as pre-auth, then didn’t give me fuel. My last £50 until payday, staff “allowed” me to do a no way of paying due to your pump not working correctly!
£4 charge for the pleasure!

@RAC_Care again I’m let down by your company. Had a tyre go along with a starter motor on the side of a busy motorway and I’m told it’s 5 hour wait for recovery minimum

Been sat in my car with no heating since 7:15PM, had a great chap out to me within two hours who couldn’t fix it but arranged recovery (at a cost of £275) still sat awaiting recovery now 4 hours later. Not good enough @TheRAC_UK

@RAC_Care 12 hours after breaking down we got home, 9:50PM we had a request for recovery home put in and we didn’t get picked up til 2:45, taken to services where we arrived at 4AM had another 2 hour wait for another recovery and got home at 7AM
