@RinkMatt @jlgeraghty @JetBlue Had the same problem yesterday and spent many hours on the phone with Jetblue and was hung up on twice.
Finally resorted to filing a credit dispute w/ CC company and it was resolved immediately.
@JetBlue Are you really going to throw your own cancellation policy out the door? I guess this "Customer's Bill of RIghts" is "For Display Only" and holds no merit. REFUND my flight that YOU cancelled. @USDOT
@jamesfloodiii@JetBlue@USDOT Called 3 times...Spent 2 hours on the phone...Was hung up on TWICE, once by an agent and another time by a supervisor.. and was told their decision to not provide refund "came from the very top". Never jetBlue again!
