I needed this app as used to get distracted a lot, scrolling reels, shorts all day. I have to delete the apps tell my friends i will be off the grid.

But now with this, I just put my phone into a dumbphone with a lock. Unique thing is I still allowed music and AI. As I am a person who loves music, and talking to AI about my problems . Let me know your thoughts. Still need some work, will be submitting to apple soon.
