@EE I’ve spoken to someone this morning and they’re reimbursing me the money, which is now the second time I’ll have been reimbursed for money being taken that shouldn’t have. Hopefully there isn’t a third 🤞🏻
I’d like to know for what reason @EE you horrible shithouse of a firm have just taken near £600 out of my account for? We’ve only been you 5 minutes, you’ve already had to reimburse us £50, we can’t get on to Discovery+ or TNT yet you’re charging us. Fucking disgrace.
