@benwright He really grew into the game—it was great to see. A huge moment for him, and I can only imagine how nervous he was. Excited about what this squad can do! 🇺🇸⚽️
@the_bonnfire@fulham_jim Hard to keep quiet when there’s a documentary about you playing out in real time and you’re the biggest global star on the US men’s team. He said what he said, owned it, and explained his reasons — the keyboard warriors just didn’t like it. Calling him “soft” is ridiculous.
@ManagerTactical This is exhausting. The guy needed a break, and he took it. There are way bigger issues with the national team, but piling on Pulisic is absurd. You’re mad he didn’t play, which means you know we need him—yet now people want to burn his jersey and call him soft? #KeyboardWarriors
@usmntaut Couldn’t disagree more. These ex-players are now paid to have an opinion and are evaluated on ratings, clicks, and views. You think Christian’s teammates and coaches at AC Milan sit around texting about how soft he is? Lol. The guy has been grinding it out overseas for a decade.
@benwright@MLS Great insight Ben. This team has no unity on the pitch. Sure guys hustle at times and play hard but they don’t move as a unit up and down the field. Maybe it’s a lack of chemistry but we have lost our groove and need new blood and culture within the organization as a whole.
@HeidiAHill1@AdinaStotler @Rarefied_Alien @MattWalshBlog How about basic morals like refrain from judgement?? This need to attack and cyber bully based off of a clip a stranger posted is morally corrupt.
