Got some seeds for some vegetables.
Some failed. Some did well. Tomato was harder to grow than I had expected.
Will try again next month and see how it will go.
Wanted to keep at least 100 kienyeji chicken. Get a few free ranges and maybe occasionally Kienyeji chicken.
Asked the fundi to do it & he told me some ridiculous price so I just decided to do it myself. Bought 6 nguzos and 2 rolls of fencing wire, some nails & cement & Voila!
Different types of spices, some pawpaw, passion fruits. . . I love the breeze too.

I was very intentional with all the crops and trees I planted. The crops or trees were either food or medicine. I was going to add some flowers but later on.
This plant is called Mwegoshora. A type of Basil plant. Great for tea. Has this minty spicey flavor. Smells great.
About 8 months ago I took up gardening. I don't know if it's because I like nature, I am getting old or I just needed to grow some food to reduce my groceries cost but I did.
Chose a space at home and decided to make it into a garden.
Had some left over wood and poles and decided to make a garden box since the flower shop told me there cost 100k.
I think I will put some marigold and lemon grass for the smell and to reduce insects. Especially mosquitos

One thing for sure is that Tanzanians are going to come correct in any event. Especially women. You are out of you mind if U think we won't show up looking our best.
Accountability is both ways and it is at every level. Let's make accountability a norm on all levels of the government and society. Sometimes politicians are blamed for other people's inefficiency. These other people ni sisi. Wenye ajira serekalini. Na sisi wananchi/Jamii.
By Now East Africans shuld hav figured out politicians and activists R people just like us with their own ambitions, desires and interests. There r no permanent alliances. And they r not doing it for the good of the heart. And there is nothing wrong with that. It's human nature
