@ragabonz I recon a minimum of 3 billion a year in tax revenue and billions more in revenue for businesses and its staff/ shareholders . Also you would save 100s of millions on legal aid , police, prisons and court fees.
@linmeitalks It’s still can be harmful in large quantities on the brain but no-more than having large quantities of alcohol. But I believe we should legalise and tax cannabis to fund education and healthcare in the UK and save millions of taxpayers money on policing this outdated law.
@bphillipsonMP Minimum wages need to remain the same and the bills need to come down. Fuel is too high, council tax is too high, water is a complete rip off and inflation is pushing food costs above the reach of the ordinary taxpayers.
@dailybritainonx Just legalise it and save millions of pounds a year of taxpayers money. Issue licensing to shops, suppliers, growers and tax it to fund education and the social care sector.
@J4m35c4mpb3ll Remember without Scotland the British empire wouldn’t have of existed and for India look up Robert fortune, the Scottish botanist who brought tea to India in 1848.
@craigymeighan He deliberately misled Holyrood by leaving out important details of the proposed reforms regarding the triple lock. I tried posting about the minimum 2.5% rise that they would still receive each year and they blocked me.
@CCee61 It’s a political ploy to get votes from the younger demographic by implying that the removal of the Average Earnings Growth in the triple lock will fund the new social care policy ( it won’t ) and leave the younger demographic financially better off.
