The political picture is now becoming clear Ndindi will not be joining Gachagua's team, and neither will Matiang'i last. The emerging realignment suggests that Matiang'i and Nyoro may team up and go their own way, while Gachagua leads a different faction with his allies.
Eng. Oscar Sudi had a major assignment in President Ruto's Nyanza trip — ensuring time management in rallies. He did his assignments well, including the Homa Bay Town rally.
This Linda Mwananchi rally in Nairobi Jacaranda was something else. Tbis lady along Manyanja Road just came out ti shake her nyash for Edwin Sifuna, to encourage them to keep going😅😅😅😅
Boni Khalwale has narrated a story that reveals the harsh realities of political promises and sacrifice.
He recalls how he was firmly in the race for the Kakamega gubernatorial seat when William Ruto approached him with a request to step down in favour of Cleophas Malala. It was not an easy decision, but it came with what seemed like a solid assurance.
Ruto asked him to choose between becoming a Cabinet Secretary or taking the Speaker role. Khalwale chose to serve as a Cabinet Secretary and expressed his readiness to take up the Health docket. He says he was assured that once the Cabinet was formed, he would be appointed as the Health Cabinet Secretary.
Trusting that promise, Khalwale stepped aside and supported Malala.
However, when the Cabinet list was eventually announced, his name was nowhere to be seen.
According to Khalwale, that is the moment he realized he had been shortchanged a reminder that in politics promises can sometimes remain just that promises.
