@Starlink BTW… if you buy the “kit” at Fairview Best Buy, they don’t have mounts to sell, so I can only guess that based on the displays and pictures their sales people assume it comes in the “kit” Manager acted like I should have known?

@Starlink More email msg today that just lead to more frustration… I want what Best Buy told me or I would not have bought it. Went to the Best Buy where I got it for help, support, anything. The only number they had is the one I have and all you get are AI responders… no real help.

@Starlink The people at Best Buy that rep the product are untrained according to the manager. Said they don’t have a special # to contact Starlink. It’s not a Best Buy issue so nothing he can do… Don’t buy this kit because it’s all a bait and switch and you literally can’t get help.
